We responsible for the organization’s strategic learning and review process and overall approach to measurement and evaluation. Members of our team lead efforts to cultivate a culture of tracking and using data to support decision-making around grantmaking and operations, support program based teams in shaping and overseeing external evaluations, develop and track on an overarching organizational measurement framework, and facilitate staff and board learning.
We evaluate the quality of the school management and leadership, the quality of teaching, learning and assessment, and the school's own planning and self-review. The methods we adopt during school inspection varies. For example, we use slightly different processes in primary and secondary schools; sometimes the inspection has a subject or curriculum focus and at other times, we concentrate on a range of different lessons across a wide range of subjects. We provide oral feedback to the school leader at the end of these inspections and we provide a printed report.
